Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever your nationality, sex, color or region is we are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination. Human rights are expressed by law and the government had to act in certain ways in order to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms. All states has verified at least one or more right, these rights can not be taken away. The purpose of this law is to respect and protect human rights. States must respect human rights.

Human rights is a birth right globally. Each and every human around the world of ever nationality belief and gender should be given the appropriate human rights. No human right should be taken away under no circumstances. The reason that we have human rights in America is to protect all US citizens. There are many laws the protect human rights from being stripped from us and completely change.

Human rights is a gift for everyone no matter your skin color, ethnicity, or sex. There's justice and human rights for all not some and it goes for everyone because we all deserve to have our rights. Many people don't think transgenders should have their equal rights but they're just like everyone else. Many politicians push for discriminatory bills against transgenders and I feel like its not right. They should have their human rights no matter their sex and they need to be protected like every other person in the world. I learned that human rights now is still a problematic and the law need to know that human rights is a must especially when there's new laws.

All humans are entitled to their human rights without any discrimination. Human rights were first emphasized in the Universal Declaration on Human Rights in 1948. The idea of human rights have been more and more emphasized as the years have passed. Now almost everyone everywhere are granted their human rights by law.

As I researched information on "human rights", I have learned that it is righteous, or in other words, an inherent to all people of religion, race, sex, & so forth. In addition, pf letting others have the right of freedom of speech, and showing expression on what they think of the unmatched actions. I believe that this right was appointed to secure protection for every American ensuring that they will be safe. In the past years, only men could vote, not making things not so much equal. So the 14th Amendment was passed to giving everyone equal citizenship. In conclusion, I would define human rights as giving each human the American dream of living the long term "life liberty and the pursuit of happiness'.

  10. As I researched and found many different articles on different views on human rights I quickly learned that human rights are for any human being that is living despite their age, gender, race, religion, etc. People have the rights to free speech and expression/opinions. While doing my own research I couldn't find any articles explaining human rights in a positive way but I did find ways where human rights were violated today that many can agree to experiencing or have seen. Basically the article stated that people who are colored , less fortunate, or uneducated have had their human rights violated multiple times and there was action taken on those who violated their rights. Besides that over the years human rights had developed in multiple ways such as the right to vote. Many years ago only white men could vote but now anyone over 18 can vote. Not only is voting a human right but also education and freedom for those who are colored . Human rights are all interrelated, interdependent and indivisible.https://www.ohchr.org/Documents/AboutUs/IK_Human_rights_priorities_today_En.pdf https://www.un.org/en/sections/issues-depth/human-rights/

Each and every individual has and deserves human rights regardless of their beliefs, race, and language. From the research I gathered that human rights are rights and values that are justifiably belong to all American people. Human rights include freedom from slavery, torture, freedom of opinion, expression, and the right to an education, and to work. Every single human being are entitled to these rights without discrimination. The main purpose of the International human rights law was to protect all Americans no matter what. As the years went human rights have progressed. After researching I learned that even now in 2020 human rights are still a problem.

Human rights are rights that are given to every human no matter their nationality, place of residence, sex, or religion. In the New Orleans Mayor video, He talks about the reasoning behind removing the confederate monuments. Those monuments were put there to represent white supremacy and they shouldn't be present anymore. White supremacy goes against the importance of human rights. I feel everyone's human rights are very important. Referring to Orleans Mayors, each citizen should be and is guaranteed the American gift of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Even though everyone is given human rights there are still issues about them and they're still not fully respected or protected. I feel America has to change one day as a country to better ourselves as citizens.

From the research, I have looked over that human rights will be rights and qualities that reasonably have a place with every American individuals. Human rights incorporate opportunity from slavery, torture, opportunity of opinion, expression, and the privilege to instruction, and to work. Each and every individual are qualified for these rights without separation. The primary motivation behind the human rights law was to ensure all Americans regardless. As the years went human rights have advanced. I discovered that even now in today's time period human rights are as yet an issue. - Amir Anderson pd3.

What I learned about Human Rights after doing a lot of studying is every human being is entitled to having these right no matter what. Humans rights are with you since you are put onto this Earth. It does not matter where you come from your race, sex, nationality, you have human rights. Universal human rights are often expressed and guaranteed by law and forms of treaties, customary international law, general principles and other sources if international law. International human rights law has obligations of Governments to act in certain ways to refrain from certain acts, to promote and protect human rights and freedom of individuals. These include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education and many more. Everyone is entitled to these rights without discrimination. A series of international human rights treaties and others been adopted since 1945. All the information I have learned has is never forget as a human being I am entitled to all of this and I should never forget that no matter what situation I am in. Human rights has a lot of background as well. I also have learned basic rights are shared on values like dignity, fairness, equality, respect and independence. https://www.equalityhumanrights.com/en/human-rights/what-are-human-rights

It is important to take down confederate monuments because they attempted to destroy their nation to defend chattel slavery and from a sense that as white men they were innately superior to all other races. They fought for white racial supremacy. That is why monuments glorifying them and their cause should be removed.

  20. Human Rights are individual rights that belong to people from birth until death. It doesn't matter where you're from, your race, etc. Everyone is entitled to knowing and understanding the rights they have. In fact, these many rights are defined and protected by law. Before the Human Rights Act of 1998 was passed, individuals had to take any objections to the European Court of Human Rights. I learned that Human Rights is apart of our "domestic law." As it should, our human rights should help us in many areas of our day-to-day lives. Some rights we have is freedom of speech, religion, press, petition, and assembly. So many acts came before the Human Rights Act that helped get the Human Rights passed. Some of these acts include the Magna Carta of 1215, Habeas Corpus Act of 1679, and Bill of Rights of 1689. We are granted every single right we're born with, without discrimination which is prejudicial treatment. I learned many new things about the human rights we are born with. In conclusion, these rights and freedoms are based on values such as dignity, equality, fairness, independence, and respect.

Human rights are the basic rights and human dignities that all people (regardless of race, sex, nationality, etc.) have the second they are born. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights formed a basis for the human rights people all around the world should have. It sparked new discussions and influenced various laws, national constitutions, and human rights treaties. However, some of the human rights it guaranteed are taking longer to come into fruition than expected. For example, the right to freedom from discrimination is still an ongoing problem as people of color and women are denied more job opportunities and, when they get a job, are payed less than a white man for doing the same work in some fields. Through the blogs, I've seen that many people have and still are fighting for human rights to all people. One of the blogs I read was written by a human rights activist who was born the same day as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations. She wrote, "Human rights are too often enjoyed and controlled only by elites, and understood by the few. To sustain them, I believe they must be known and understood by the many."

Some essential human rights incorporate; opportunity from subjugation, instruction, and an assessment. All people are qualified for their human rights with no segregation. Human rights were first accentuated in the Universal Declaration on Human Rights in 1948. The possibility of human rights has been increasingly more accentuated as the years have passed. Presently nearly everybody wherever is conceded their human rights by law.

Some of the rights include freedom of speech, rights to life and liberty, and many others. Literally everyone is entitled to those rights without any discrimination. Everyone has those rights until the end of their life(death). Without some of the things that happened before the Human Rights, it might not have been passed. For example, without the Magna Carter that was made in 1215, there may not have been UDHR. To sum it up, Human Rights has made many things better than if we were to go without them.

  28. we all have human rights by just being born.Human rights are rights that cant be brought sold or given away but some how peoples rights are being denied.Human rights protect everyone but not everyone loves human rights because many powerful people didn't want equality and fairness for all humans. I learned that due to the Human rights act gay people must be treated fair and that patients in hospital must be treated with compassion because everyone is valuable and important. Public places must respect are human rights because if not we can go to the court and fight for justice. In other words everyone has human rights the only problem is that some individuals feel the need to not respect them.

  30. i learned that human rights are things that were provided to us since birth. In addition, its not like we can take away our human rights like selling a product. Furthermore, human rights consist of things that defines a persons life, and freedom that was already provided to us at birth regardless of race, sex, etc. https://www.un.org/en/sections/issues-depth/human-rights/ carlton young p.d3

Human Rights are rights that we inherit, rights that all human beings have. Human Rights include the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, the right to work and education. Every human is entitled to these rights with no discrimination. By reading i have learned that no matter the color, race or anything we all deserve to have equal freedom.

Human rights is your freedom. .Human rights protect everyone but not everyone loves human rights because many powerful people didn't want equality and fairness for all humans. The right they have are the right to life and liberty, freedom from slavery and torture, freedom of opinion and expression, and etc. Some essential human rights incorporate; opportunity from subjugation, instruction, and an assessment. Some of the human rights it guaranteed are taking longer to come into fruition than expected. For example, the right to freedom from discrimination is still an ongoing problem as people of color and women are denied more job opportunities and, when they get a job, are payed less than a white man for doing the same work in some fields.

    2. I agree with the statement where people in power aren't in favor of Human Rights, and I think it has to do with the fact that with Human Rights, once they are no longer in power they are just regular citizens.

  34. What I learned about human rights is if you're white then you automatically qualify for 100% human rights. But If you're of color then you're automatically targeted and seen as 3/5 of a man. They are new cases of this popping up everyday; Just a couple days ago, George Floyd was another black man that was killed by police officers. If everyone is equal under Human Rights why are we the most targeted? It shouldn't be like this at all, If America is this great country.

  35. In an age of globalization, the recognition of human dignity and the struggle to protect human rights has become even more complex and challenging. While protections for human rights are increasingly enacted by governments and international bodies like the United Nations, grave threats to and gross violations of human rights are also on the rise. The world’s financial capital is ever more integrated, and wealth is ever more centralized in the hands of financial elites and corporate institutions. Realizing social and economic rights, especially eradicating hunger and reducing unemployment, is becoming increasingly difficult. Bringing conflicts to a just and durable resolution is more daunting with the increased capacity of individuals, governments and their military forces, and other entities, including paramilitary and extremist groups, to organize and unleash violence.

  36. Human rights are moral or principles that are believed to belong to everyone. What i learned is that human rights have adapted to the ones about 70 years ago. I did research and it said that originally people only had rights depending on the group or family they were in. In 539 BC Cyrus the great wrote down the first human rights on a clay tablet declaring people may worship the god of their choice, when conquering new land it would as owning the land the people on the land. The human rights have adapted over the times. The Magna Carta had given people new rights and had the king subject of law. 1776 The United states declaration of independence states right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Then we have 1789 The Declaration of Rights of Man and of the Citizen making all citizens equal under the law. Not all of these rights are used correctly for example back then people viewed people of color as the most terrible thing and were treating them differently and abusing the right of all are equal under law.

  37. Human rights are your opportunity. Our basic rights secure everybody except not every person adores human rights because numerous influential individuals didn't need equity and reasonableness for all humans. The correct they have are the privilege of life and freedom, opportunity from servitude and torment, opportunity of feeling and articulation, and so on. Some fundamental human rights consolidate; opportunity from enslavement, guidance, and an appraisal. A portion of the human rights it ensured are taking more time to come into fulfillment than anticipated. For instance, the privilege of opportunity from separation is as yet a continuous issue as non-white individuals and ladies are denied more openings for work and when they find a new line of work, they are paid not exactly a white man for accomplishing a similar work in certain fields.

Human Rights in today's society has expanded to various topics, some of which are children's rights, women's rights, environmental rights, free speech, and even refugee rights. From my understanding while researching on Human Rights Watch, human rights deal with tackling abuse happening all around the world. As such, Human Rights Watch is independent, meaning it is not government-backed and monitor all donations to make sure they're within their values. As I took a look at HRW, I read an article on Brazil about how human rights problems in the country have plagued Brazil for quite a while. Police officers murder people for no good reason, torture those who are detained (worse if they're children), and have overcrowded prisons with a lack of state control which does not bode well. Human Rights Watch spreads awareness of these issues to urge more people to act against the problems in every country and make it a better country to live in for everyone. If I had to describe Human Rights, I'd say it's a movement that is dedicated to helping others in any way they can, while also at the same time bringing awareness to the issues that plague each country so that more people can raise awareness and take action wherever they are.

  39. In an the modern times, such as now, the recognition of human dignity and the struggle to protect human rights has become even more difficult, confusing, challenging than ever. Even as the protections for human rights are rapidly be enforced by governments and other international organizations and countries like the United Nations, many violations of human rights are also on the rapidly increasing in other nations. Many of these violations bring conflicts to resolutions which makes it more daunting with the increased number of individuals, governments and their military forces, and paramilitary and extremist groups, to organize and unleash violence.
