Justices Seek 'Strict Scrutiny' In Affirmative Action Case

What is the 10% program in Texas?  What do you think of it...is it fair or unfair?  How are those who don't make it in to the U of Texas law school measured (those who don't get in  via the 10% program?  What do you think of this policy?  Is it fair or unfair?  How did the Supreme Court rule on these policies?  Do you think Supreme Court cases should be evaluated more rigorously or less rigorously?
